House of Representatives Investigates Lack of Prosecution of Firearm Crimes During White House Push for More Laws

As the Obama administration pushes for more laws regulating firearms, the United States House of Representatives Judiciary Committee is investigating the administration’s decline in prosecuting the laws currently on the books. The attached letter from the United States House of Representatives Judiciary Committee requests the administration’s firearm law prosecution data during a 30 percent decline in prosecutions by the Obama Administration.
